We are excited to let you know that we’ll be holding this year’s USLT Annual Meeting at a socially-distanced venue with an amazing program you can still enjoy! We are pleased to provide a special screening of HIDDEN RIVERS, a remarkable video journey into the waters of the southeastern rivers that are such an important part of our land conservation mission. Join us at the Greenwood Auto Drive-In Theatre (aka the 25DriveIn.com at 3109 Hwy25-S) on Thursday evening, March 11th.
HIDDEN RIVERS is a 1-hour film that explores the rivers and streams of the Southern Appalachian region, North America’s most biologically rich waters. The film follows the work of conservation biologists and explorers throughout the region – revealing both the beauty and vulnerability of this aquatic life – and how many people are finding ways to protect these ecosystems. www.hiddenrivers.org

Details appear in our event poster below. Please RSVP to Rick Green ([email protected]) by March 5th, and note that easement landowners and regular supporters get dinner & movie for free. Past members and new friends are welcome, and we ask that they pay $10/person admission and buy dinner at the concession. Either way, please let Rick know if you’re coming. Everyone is welcome for our “Business Meeting,” for which we’ll gather at 5:30pm to get settled, eat dinner, review the past year, elect new directors and officers, recognize our recent easement donors, and present the Annual Peggy Adams Conservation Award. The film will begin at 7:15pm.
