Please welcome our new Assistant Director, Becky Brown, to the Upper Savannah Land Trust!
Becky earned her B.S. and M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from Clemson University, where she conducted ecological and social science research related to bats. She previously worked for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, first in the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries division, conducting and managing angler surveys on Upstate lakes, and later as the statewide Social Science Coordinator. She is looking forward to advancing private lands conservation in the Piedmont of SC where she has lived for the past 22 years
Becky joins Executive Director Wade Harrison on the USLT staff, assisting in all aspects of Land Trust operations.
